Teela Bennett Design is a full-service residential and commercial interior design firm based in Beachwood, Ohio. Led by founder and principal designer Tehilla Bennett, our experienced team creates thoughtful, refined interiors throughout Cleveland and Northeast Ohio.
We combine creativity, functionality, and personalized service to design spaces that reflect each client’s lifestyle and vision.
Tehilla Bennett
OWNER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Tehilla Bennett is the founder and principal designer of Teela Bennett Design. Before establishing the firm in 2018, Tehilla worked as a NICU nurse, where she developed a deep appreciation for care, comfort, and the emotional impact of thoughtfully designed environments. Her background in nursing and psychology continues to shape her empathetic and highly personalized approach to interior design.
Tehilla leads the firm’s residential and commercial projects with a focus on balancing elegance, function, and livability. As a mother and designer, she understands the importance of creating beautiful spaces that also support everyday life. Inspired by travel, craftsmanship, and distinctive materials, Tehilla believes every interior should feel refined, meaningful, and deeply connected to the people who experience it.

Sarah Goldstein
SENIOR DESIGNER
Sarah Goldstein brings more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design to Teela Bennett Design. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Sarah creates thoughtful, functional interiors that reflect each client’s personality, lifestyle, and vision.
Her collaborative approach, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail allow her to guide projects from early concepts through final selections. As a licensed Realtor, Sarah also brings valuable insight into a property’s potential, helping clients reimagine layouts and maximize both the beauty and function of their homes. Her combined experience in design and real estate gives her a well-rounded perspective on how spaces can better support the people who experience them.

Elana Pollack
JUNIOR DESIGNER
Elana Pollack brings warmth, creativity, and a deeply personal perspective to her role at Teela Bennett Design. Her interest in interior design began early and was further inspired by her mother-in-law, an experienced interior designer whose work left a lasting impression on her.
After raising four sons and a daughter, Elana pursued her passion professionally and joined the Teela Bennett Design team. Her experience as a mother influences her practical approach to creating interiors that are beautiful, comfortable, and suited to everyday family life. Elana believes each space should reflect the personalities and needs of the people who experience it. She also draws inspiration from travel, art, culture, and the distinctive details she encounters along the way.

Ariana Seleznyova
FINANCIAL & MARKETING STUDIO SPECIALIST
Ariana Seleznyova supports the financial, marketing, and client-facing operations of Teela Bennett Design. With a degree in Public Relations and Marketing from St. John’s University, she brings a strong foundation in brand communication, business organization, and client relations to the studio.
Originally from Ecuador and raised in New York, Ariana has always been drawn to creativity, art, and thoughtful communication. Her experience in marketing and financial management allows her to bring both structure and strategy to a fast-paced design environment. From supporting studio operations and financial processes to strengthening the Teela Bennett Design brand, Ariana helps create an organized and polished experience for both the team and its clients.

Rebecca Mittelmann
STUDIO MANAGER & OPERATIONS
Rebecca Mittelmann brings organization, research expertise, and construction knowledge to her role at Teela Bennett Design. Born and raised in Toronto, Rebecca studied Library and Information Science before discovering her interest in construction and interior design while working alongside a contractor and designer.
Her background in information management gives her a natural ability to organize complex details, support project coordination, and keep studio operations moving efficiently. Rebecca works closely with the design team, clients, vendors, and project partners to help create a smooth and well-organized experience from planning through completion. With an appreciation for both structure and creativity, she helps connect the firm’s design vision with the practical details required to bring each project to life.
