  • Once the design plan is complete, we welcome you to the Teela Bennett Design showroom for an immersive, in-person presentation. You will have the opportunity to see, touch, and experience the materials and selections chosen specifically for your project.

    Our team presents the complete vision through floor plans, elevations, renderings, design boards, fabric swatches, finish samples, product details, and proposals. We review every element together, gather your feedback, and make revisions according to the policy outlined in your proposal. Timely decisions help us maintain momentum and keep the project moving forward.

  • After the design is approved and all applicable proposals are paid, Teela Bennett Design begins ordering and coordinating the items selected for your project. Our team manages purchasing, order confirmations, vendor communication, tracking, and delivery to our white-glove receiving warehouse, where items are inspected before installation.

    Lead times vary by manufacturer and product availability, but this phase typically takes approximately 12 to 16 weeks and may take longer for custom or specialty pieces. Clients receive regular progress updates throughout the process. When included in the project scope, our team also collaborates with contractors and trades to help ensure the approved design is executed as intended.

  • Installation is when the complete design comes together. Teela Bennett Design coordinates the delivery and placement of furnishings, artwork, lighting, accessories, and other items purchased through our firm.

    Our team is present to oversee installation, style each space, and ensure every detail is thoughtfully arranged according to the approved design. The result is a polished, cohesive interior that is complete and ready to enjoy.
